CLASS districts meet in Salem

On May 26, 2010, Chalkboard brought the 12 CLASS districts together in Salem for one last meeting of the 2009-2010 school year. Successes were applauded, ideas were shared, and next steps started to take shape. All in all, it was a great day filled with insightful conversation around teaching and the support that educators need.

Presenting the CLASS Project

On November 13, 2009, the Chalkboard Project presented the CLASS Project at the Oregon School Boards Association's 63 annual convention. Panelists from Redmond, Sherwood, Tillamook, and Forest Grove school districts share their CLASS Project experiences.

CLASS Project gathering

On October 28th, over eighty district superintendents, teachers, union representatives, classified staff and school board members gathered to hear from each other about their progress or plans for the CLASS Project. Representatives from twelve districts were represented and spent time engaging with each other through table talks and small group discussions.
